in the fall of 1996 as a venture capital and consulting firm that was
officially incorporated in the spring of 1998. The company quickly
transformed from a VC firm into a business accelerator by forming strategic

each specialized in a specific area of business (i.e. manufacturing,
distribution, engineering, software development, staffing, business
consulting…and much more) and by making these qualified resources

representing a turnkey solution for buyers and sellers to, quickly and

and service providers in all facets of the international trade industry including
product sourcing, manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, customs &
freight, marketing, distribution, inventory management & liquidation,
financing and much more. Worldwide Link, Inc. is currently facilitating the
acquisition and distribution of large quantity inventories in the first
quality surplus market in addition to representing, manufacturing and
distributing new products on an international basis. Worldwide Link, Inc. is

The IMAT Group, Inc is a full service International
Sales, Consulting and Marketing Company (IMAT). The company was originally
founded in 1987 by Lawrence K. Sather, President& CEO. In June of 2001, the
name was changed from MCII (Markets & Consultants International Inc.).
IMAT is closely aligned with
selected U.S.
and International companies that are managed and staffed by professional people
with major corporation- executive level experience. Our common goal is to

warehouse in Dallas, and offices in Plano and Dallas,
